Shipping policy
Collection – free of charge
The nicest way is to collect your oil in person: we host collection days in Hamburg, Munich and at the Gröönlandhof in East Frisia, taste the fresh olive oil together and share news from the project. Choose the “Pickup” tab at checkout and pick your location – we announce the dates in good time via our newsletter and under News.
Shipping costs
We ship within Germany only. We choose the carrier per parcel – that keeps it affordable for you.

Each additional parcel adds around nine euros – hence the steps. We do not ship abroad at present.
Delivery times
Everything arrives together. Our produce – olive oil, almonds, currants, sultanas, oregano – is delivered exclusively as one consignment, once the respective harvest has been pressed and bottled. That is expected to be between December and March. We do not ship individual items ahead of that.
We announce the exact date in good time – as well as the collection days.
Payment methods
You can pay by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and others)
- PayPal
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Plus any other methods shown at checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay – depending on availability)
About prepayment: If you would like to pay by bank transfer, choose “Vorkasse” at checkout. You will receive our bank details straight after ordering and again in the confirmation email. Please quote your order number as the reference. As soon as the money reaches us, your order is firmly reserved.
All prices include VAT at the statutory rate.
