Fairly calculated, straight from the farm, without unnecessary trading stages. Includes a donation to the non-profit association Platanenblatt e.V.

It does not get more original than this.

Small, dark, intense – and grown exactly where their name comes from: in Corinth on the Greek Peloponnese.

The Kontogiannis family’s currants are noticeably smaller than sultanas, with a stronger, spicier taste and a fine natural acidity. An old speciality of the region, grown on a family farm that has been bound up with olives, vines and the landscape of Corinth for generations. The grape variety is called Korinthiaki and serves as both a red wine and a table grape.

On their own as a snack, in muesli, for baking – or anywhere a little more character is called for.

Delivered together with the oil. All our produce reaches you together with the olive oil of the new harvest – between December and March, by post or for collection. We don’t ship individual items ahead of that.
